Reactivate your Furbo Nanny Subscription

REACTIVATING FURBO NANNY

If your Furbo Nanny service has expired or has been deactivated, you may follow the steps below to reactivate it. 

• You will see the expiration notification. Click “Subscribe” to resubscribe. 
• You can login to https://furbo.com/account using your Furbo email and password to manage/reactivate your subscription.
  
  

Check the Furbo Nanny License Expiration Date

If you want to check the expiration date of your Furbo Nanny subscription, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to your Furbo app’s home screen, tap the “MENU" button (☰) on the bottom right.
2. Tap "Account".
3. Click on the Account page. You will find the Furbo Nanny subscription information here.
