If your payment failed while subscribing to Furbo Nanny, please contact your bank so they may fix any issues on their end.
If there are no issues with your bank, and you are still unable to successfully make a payment, please contact our support team right away.
If your renewal payment attempt has failed:
Your service will not be immediately terminated and will continue for 14 days, so you may fix the payment issue. If you need to update or change your payment information, please go to furbo.com/account or you can also go to your Furbo app by following the steps below:
- From your Furbo app's home screen. Tap the "☰" on the lower right corner of the screen.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Update Card info
