Things to take note of:
- Furbo Camera ’s placement. For best performance, we recommend placing your Furbo 22 to 45 inches above the floor or based on your dog's/cat's height.
- Adjust the placement of your Furbo. Make sure it is not facing the light directly.
Video History clips shows zero second (0s)
- Close the Furbo app completely from the background.
- Unplug, and replug the power cord at the back of your Furbo for 30 seconds.
- Place your Furbo closer to your Wi-Fi router to help improve the connection.
- Tap the "Reset Wi-Fi" option using your Furbo app in the settings. (Please observe for the next 24 to 48 hours before going to the next step).

- Go to your Furbo app’s home screen, tap the “MENU button (☰) on the bottom right.
- Choose the Furbo Camera you wish to reset.
- Tap “Reset Wi-Fi”.
Please note that resolution will only affect the videos taken after performing the steps, and we will not be able to recover the 0-second videos.
If the screen has frozen and you’re only hearing the audio:
- Close the app completely from the background.
- Unplug and replug the cord at the back of your Furbo.
