Note: If you don’t know or no longer have access to the email address linked to your Furbo account, please take a clear photo of your Furbo’s sticker label showing the MAC ID. You can find the sticker on the bottom of your Furbo device.

To change your Furbo account/email, you’ll need to first remove the Furbo Dog Camera from your existing account, then, re-setup your Furbo using the new email address.
1. To Remove the Account:
1. Go to the home screen of your Furbo app and tap the “MENU button (☰) on the bottom right.
2. Choose the Furbo Dog Camera you wish to remove.
3. Tap “Remove Device” at the lower end of your screen.
4. Log out from your Furbo app.
2. To Re-setup your Furbo
1. Do a Hard Reset on your Furbo. Find a pin or a straightened paper clip to manually depress the 'reset' button on the back of your Furbo (see the image below). While your Furbo is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 20 seconds until the light changes color. Please wait another minute until the light turns green.
2. Once the Furbo is reset, go to your Furbo app and Create your New Furbo Account using your new email address.
3. Click "New Furbo User" enter your new email address and create a password.
Note: If you have an existing account click "Already have an account? Sign In"
4. Once the password is created, follow the prompts to "Setup your Furbo".
