If it is your first time plugging your Furbo mini into a power source, you will see a white status light first. The white light should change to blinking yellow after about a minute.
If the light still doesn’t turn blinking yellow after plugging your Furbo Mini back in, do a hard reset on your Furbo Mini. You'll need to use a pin or a straightened paper clip to press the 'reset' button under your Furbo mini. While Furbo mini is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 20 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns blinking yellow.
If the status light does not turn on, stuck on white or blinking blue light after resetting it for about a minute, please these steps:
- Unplug the Furbo Mini Camera and plug it back in.
- Try to plug your Furbo Mini into another wall socket or outlet.
- Try using another USB adapter (5.2v) with the original Furbo mini cable.
- Try using another USB-C cable with the original Furbo mini adapter.
- Try using another USB cable and another adapter instead of the original Furbo mini USB-C cable and adapter.
- Try to do a hard reset with the Furbo mini again using the reset button under your Furbo mini. Insert a pin or paper clip into the small hole under the Furbo mini, and hold for 20 seconds. Wait another minute until Furbo's light turns blinking yellow.
