If you’re seeing the above error while setting up your Furbo Mini or Furbo Mini 360°, don’t worry—it’s usually caused by a temporary Bluetooth issue between your phone and the Furbo app. This article will guide you through the troubleshooting steps so you can complete the setup successfully.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Check the Furbo light
- When you plug in your Furbo for the first time, the light should turn white, then change to blinking yellow after a few minutes.
- If your Furbo shows a steady white light or a blinking blue light, you’ll need to reset your Furbo.
2. How to Reset Your Furbo

Furbo Mini 360° (rotating model):
Press and hold the reset button located under the device until the light starts blinking yellow.

Furbo Mini (non-rotating model):
Use a pin to press and hold the reset button for 5–10 seconds, until the light starts blinking yellow.
Once the light is blinking yellow, try setting up your Furbo again.
3. If the Light Doesn’t Change
If your Furbo Mini/Mini 360° doesn’t reset and the light stays white or blinking blue:
- Try using another power adapter.
4. If the Light Stays Blinking Yellow but You Still See an Error

Turn off your smartphone's Bluetooth. Make sure to go to your settings to turn it off.
- Restart your smart phone by turning it on and back on, then turn on your Bluetooth from your phone's settings.
- Unplug your Furbo and plug it back in. Wait until Furbo's light turns blinking yellow. Restart the setup process by logging in to your Furbo app.
- If you've made sure that your Furbo is broadcasting a Bluetooth signal, but you are still unable to set it up, try using another smartphone for the setup.
