Introduction
This is the error message you might receive if your Wi-Fi password was incorrectly entered while connecting your Mini/Furbo Mini 360° to your preferred network during setup.
Troubleshooting Steps
-
Make sure you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password. Furbo can only be set up to household Wi-Fi connections that only ask for a password as security. Wi-Fi connections that require a username and password to connect may cause Furbo set up to fail.
-
Try to restart your home Wi-Fi router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and try again.
-
If the issue persists after step 2, you’ll need to reset your Furbo Mini/Furo Mini 360°. To Reset:
-
Furbo Mini 360° (rotating model):
While your Mini/Furbo Mini 360° is plugged in, press and hold the reset button located under the device until the light starts blinking yellow.
-
Furbo Mini (non-rotating model):
While your Mini/Furbo Mini 360° is plugged in, use a pin to press and hold the reset button for 5–10 seconds, until the light starts blinking yellow.
-
Once the light turns to blinking yellow. Try to re-setup your Furbo.
