The official End of Life for the above products is September 4th,2024. This means that your Furbo camera and Furbo App will no longer work after September 4th, 2024.

Q: Why did Furbo decide to stop supporting Furbo Dog Cameras purchased before August 2017?
A: Over time, it has been increasingly challenging to maintain an older model with critical components and services that are no longer upgradeable. Making it difficult for us to provide quality support, update, and maintainances.
Q: What's the difference between the new Furbo 360° Dog Camera and Furbo Dog Camera?
A: The new Furbo 360° Dog Camera provides a rotating 360° view, Full HD Live View, Color Night Vision, and much more. It also pairs with the Furbo Dog Nanny to take extra care of your pup - every camera comes with a free 30-day trial.
Q: Can I still get replacement parts or accessories for the product?
A:We apologize for any inconvenience, but the end-of-life (EOL) will make the complete end of the product, including all associated accessories and services.
Q: What about compatibility with other products or systems? (Aelxa)
A:Once we conclude support for the older model of Furbo, all associated services including Alexa will only cease to pair. In the new Furbo camera and app (post 2017), Alexa is fully supported - to provide you with a seamless smart home experience with Furbo.
