Furbo's Today's Summary feature is a way to review highlights of your pet's activity and behavior during the day. It provides you with a concise and convenient summary of what your pet has been up to while you were away. This feature utilizes your pet related Video History from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Accessing and Generating Today's Summary
Today's Summary is generated after 7 PM. Please check the Furbo App between 7:00 PM and 6:59 PM the next day to view the summary. Attempting to access the summary outside of this timeframe will result in no Today's Summary being generated.
This is to ensure that it reflects the most recent data from your Furbo camera. This way, you can get an accurate summary of your pet's daily activities.
Today's Summary Availability on the Furbo App
Once Today's Summary is generated, it could be saved on your account for up to one year. You can tap on each date to see the generated summary for that day. See the sample below:
Missed Summary
If you miss checking the summary during the time frame (7 PM and 6:59 PM the following day), you may not be able to access it for that day and get this message instead:
This is why it's important to check between 7 PM and 6:59 PM the following day to avoid missing out on your pet's daily highlights.
Another possible reason of you missing Today's Summary could be that you don’t have a sufficient number of Video History to generate a summary.
Here are things you can take note of to ensure that your Furbo is in the optimal placement to capture videos:
- Furbo Camera’s placement. For best performance, we recommend placing your Furbo Camera 60cm to 120cm off the ground.
- Adjust the placement of your Furbo Camera. Make sure it is not facing the light directly.
