Reset your password

If you wish to reset your password, you may change it via the sign page, see instructions below.

If you have forgotten your password, proceed to step 4. 

1. If you are logged in to your Fubro app, open the Menu page
   
2. Go to Account
   
3. Select Logout
4. While at your Furbo’s login page, tap the “Already have an account? Sign In”.
5. Tap “Forgot Password”
6. Enter your registered Furbo email address.
7. Tap “Reset Password”. You will receive a password reset email where you can create a new password.
