How to update Furbo firmware (FW)

Furbo's firmware provides important control, monitoring, and data manipulation in the Furbo Dog Camera.

Updates are periodically rolled out to improve the connection and performance of your Furbo Dog Camera.

The duration of each update is approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Please make sure the Wi-Fi connection and the power source are connected and stable; otherwise, the update may be interrupted. We highly recommend updating the firmware while you are at home.

Please follow the instructions below to update the firmware:

1. While on your Furbo’s homescreen, tap the “MENU button (☰) on the bottom right.
2. Choose the Furbo you wish to update.
3. Tap “Update Now” beside the Firmware Version.

The update now button will only show if a new Firmware update is available.

Tap the button below to go directly to the About page on your Furbo app.

After the update, make sure it is the current version and you can enjoy Furbo again!
