The Home Page of your Furbo app is your central hub for monitoring your pet's activities and managing your Furbo cameras. Below is a guide to help you understand and navigate each section.
Live View Section
Live View section is designed to provide you with timely and relevant information about your pet's activities and the status of your Furbo cameras. Understanding how to navigate and interpret this section will help you ensure that your pet is safe and monitored at all times.
1. Last Seen Status
- The Last Seen status shows the time elapsed since the last pet event notification you received. These notifications can include various types of pet activities such as Dog/Cat Activity, Dog/Cat Selfie, or more advanced activities like Chewing or Potty.
-
How it works:
- Entering Live View clears the Last Seen status. The last-seen device's status is displayed upon returning to the Home Page.
- If the connection fails, the previous Last Seen timestamp is retained.
- The Last Seen time will not display if you navigate back from Live View, and the snapshot will show the first frame. Additionally, it won't appear if push notifications are disabled
2. Camera Status
- The Camera Status displays based on the current snapshot's status.
- Camera ON / Connected: Last seen status will show notation "● x mins ago."
- Camera OFF / Disconnected: Last seen status will show notation "● x mins ago."
- Loading: Shows no status while loading.
3. Camera On/Off Button
Use the button in the upper-right corner to turn the camera on or off.
- Camera ON: Click the play button to enter Live View in full screen.
-
Camera OFF: Displays "Offline," indicating that Furbo is off and not detecting any events.
