How to Setup and Activate Subscribe and Save Plan

To setup your Furbo, you need a smartphone, your new Furbo Camera, and a stable Home WiFi connection.

To activate the Subscribe & Save plan, please ensure your order confirmation email is at hand in case you need to check the correct Sign up Furbo account.

• Click this if you are a new customer setting up a Furbo for the first time.
• Click if you are an existing user activating Furbo Subscribe and Save plan.

New User

Follow these steps to activate the Furbo Nanny and set up your Furbo:

1. Open your Furbo app and sign up a Furbo account by tapping "Sign up". 
2. Make sure to enter the same email you used to purchase Furbo and create a password. 
   • If you have entered an alternate email address upon ordering your Furbo, please use that email instead.
     
3. Once you complete the Furbo account sign up, activate the 2 step verification for added security. Click continue to send the verification code to your email.
   
   
4. Go to your inbox to get the verification code, enter the code and click Submit.
   
5. After completing the 2-step verification, the Furbo Nanny is activated!! Please follow the App instruction to keep setting up your Furbo.

Existing User

If you have an existing Furbo Camera and want to activate Furbo Subscribe and Save plan on the same Furbo account, please make sure that you purchase using the same email your existing Furbo is currently linked to.

You should get this message during the ordering process:

Your Furbo Nanny subscription is automatically activated for you once complete the checkout.
