How to activate your free trial?
Start enjoying your free trial with just a few taps in the Furbo app below.

Via pop-up message:
Once your Furbo is successfully activated, a pop-up message should appear asking you to activate your free trial.
The message will also show how many days of free trial you can activate.
You could choose to activate the trial by tapping "Try 14 days for free" (May change depending on the free trial available on your account) or activate later by tapping "No, thanks".

Via Furbo App home page:
Go to your Furbo app's home screen and tap the Furbo Nanny Icon.

Via Furbo App menu:
You can also go to menu, by tapping on the menu button "☰" on the lower right corner of the screen --> Tap "Try 14 days free" under the subscription.
Important Information
Trial Duration
- Standalone Furbo cameras: You’ll enjoy 14 days of full access with your Furbo Nanny.
- Your free trial begins immediately upon activation, so you can start exploring all features right away.
- All features remain available throughout the trial period, giving you a full Furbo experience.
Multiple Cameras
- You’ll receive 14 days of full access in total, not 14 days per each camera.
- All of your standalone Furbo cameras will share the same 14-day free trial period once it is activated.
After Your Trial Expires
- You can choose whether to continue with a subscription or use your Furbo cameras with basic functions.
- Basic features such as, live view, toss treats, and barking/meowing alerts will still work on standalone cameras. To see the list of available basic features for your Furbo, please visit this link.
What Happens Next?
Option 1: Subscribe to Continue
- You may choose from a variety of Furbo Nanny subscription plans to continue enjoying premium features across all your Furbo cameras.
- Flexible monthly or annual billing options are available too to fit your needs.
Option 2: Use Basic Features

Even without an active subscription, your standalone Furbo camera will continue to work with basic features.

- Premium Furbo Nanny features will no longer be accessible once your subscription ends.
