To ensure the rights and interests of our users, the Furbo team has introduced a new feature in the Furbo app called "Delete Account." This feature allows you to decide whether to retain your Furbo account and associated information.
You have the flexibility to delete your account whenever you choose. However, it's important to note that by deleting your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Personal details
- Camera settings
- Doggie Diary
- Could Recording videos
- Cancellation of Furbo Dog Nanny Subscription, including the removal of any remaining subscription days
We recommend downloading any videos you wish to keep onto your mobile device before initiating the account deletion process.
Follow the steps below to delete your Furbo account:
- Click the menu “☰” button from your Furbo App’s home screen
- Click "Delete Account" at the bottom
- Follow the prompts to delete your account completely
