My referral code isn’t working
The most common reasons for broken referrals are incorrect copying of the discount code, referring someone you’ve already referred, referring someone who is already a Furbo customer, or using a code twice. Those situations are not eligible for referral, and the referral software will not grant your friend a discount.
I haven’t received my reward.
Please ensure your friend used your referral code when they checked out on furbo.com and that the discount was applied. After a successful referral, it may take a few days for your reward to be available for redemption. Banks sometimes take time to process the payment after successfully checking out.
I can’t redeem my free Furbo Nanny.
You may only redeem up to 6 rewards per year; each reward comes with a free Furbo Nanny for 2 months. If you have redeemed all your 6 rewards for the year, you can still refer friends so they can enjoy the referral discount, and you will be able to receive and redeem rewards again after January 1st.
