If you are experiencing a loud echo while live streaming, please try the following steps to fix this:
- Do not sit close to the Furbo Dog Camera if you are in the same room.
- Turn the volume on your smartphone all the way down if you need to be close to your Furbo Dog Camera.
If the issue persists or if you are hearing other unusual mechanical or background sounds, please contact Customer Support with a sample video you recorded using the Furbo app so we can assess the issue.
