If you are having speaker or mic issues, whether on your smartphone while using the Furbo app or on your Furbo Dog Camera, please first try unplugging your Furbo Dog Camera and plugging it back in.
If you continue having trouble after that, please see the solutions below depending on the issue:
- Furbo Speaker sound is choppy
- Echo or repetitive screeching sound
- Furbo app on your smartphone has no sound
- Furbo Dog Camera's speaker is not working
Furbo speaker sound is choppy
- Try to unplug your Furbo and replug.
- Kill the Furbo app from the background and reopen and try again.
- If the issue persists, please ensure that when live streaming, the video feed is continuous and does. not lag. If your video feed lags as well, please contact the Support Team immediately.
Echo or repetitive screeching sound
- This occurs when your Furbo Dog Camera microphone can hear the sound coming out from the Furbo app on your Smartphone. The sound would ripple repeatedly. This will happen if you are standing near your Furbo Dog Camera while holding your Smartphone with the Furbo app live streaming.
- You need to step away from your Furbo Dog Camera.
- If you have to stay near your Furbo, you may lower your Smartphone's volume to zero.
- If you are not near your Furbo, but experiencing this issue, kill the Furbo app from the background and reopen and try again.
- If the issue persists, please record a live stream video and please contact our Support Team immediately.
Furbo app on your smartphone has no sound
- Check if the Furbo app has full permission to your Smartphone; go to "Provide App permission on your devices" for more information.
- Check whether your phone is on silent mode or adjust the volume of your smartphone.
- Kill the Furbo app from the background and reopen and try again.
- If the issue persists, please contact the Support Team immediately.
Furbo Dog Camera's speaker is not working
- Try to toss a treat and listen for it to play the snacks call recording.
- Check if the Furbo app has permission to access your smartphone's mic; please see "Provide App permission on your devices" for more information.
- Make sure to press the mic button and wait for the yellow mic animation before speaking.
- Kill the Furbo app from the background and reopen and try again.
