Furbo Dog Camera (SN:FBCH)
This is the error message if there's a connection issue between the Furbo Dog Camera and your mobile phone.
- Unplug your Furbo and plug it back in. Wait for your Furbo status light to turn to green.
- Restart your smartphone. While waiting for your Furbo's status light to turn green, turn off your smartphone's Bluetooth and restart your smartphone. Once fully restarted, turn the Bluetooth back on.
- Restart your home router. Try to set up again.
- Do a hard reset on Furbo. If the issue persists after step 2 and 3, do a hard reset on your Furbo. You'll need to use a pin or a straightened paper clip to press the 'reset' button on the back of your Furbo (see the image below). While Furbo is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 20 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait until Furbo's light turns green. Try to set up again.
Furbo 360° Dog Camera (SN:FBTW)
This is the error message if there's a connection issue between the Furbo Dog Camera and your mobile phone.
- Unplug your Furbo and plug it back in. Wait for your Furbo status light to start blinking yellow.
- Restart your smartphone. While waiting for your Furbo's status light to blink yellow, turn off your smartphone's Bluetooth and restart your smartphone. Once fully restarted, turn the Bluetooth back on.
- Restart your home router by unplugging it for 30 sec. then, plug it back in. Try to set up again.
- If the issue persists after steps 2 and 3, do a hard reset on your Furbo. Press and hold the reset button for about 5-10 seconds until the light starts blinking yellow, then, try to set up again.
Furbo Mini
This is the error message if there's a connection issue between the Furbo Dog Camera and your mobile phone.
- Unplug your Furbo mini and plug it back in. Wait for your Furbo status light to start blinking yellow.
- Restart your smartphone. While waiting for your Furbo's status light to blink yellow, turn off your smartphone's Bluetooth and restart your smartphone. Once fully restarted, turn the Bluetooth back on.
- Restart your home router by unplugging it for 30 sec. then, plug it back in. Try to set up again.
- If the issue persists after steps 2 and 3, do a hard reset on your Furbo. Press and hold the reset button for about 5-10 seconds until the light starts blinking yellow, then, try to set up again.
