The video recording clips will be saved in your phone’s gallery but if you can't see them saved in your gallery or getting an error, please try the following:
- Check your Furbo app’s permissions on your smartphone. Click here to know how to enable the app's permission.
- Please make sure that there is enough memory on your device for you to save the videos.
- Close the app completely from the background.
- Unplug your Furbo Dog Camera and plug it back in.
- Once your Furbo is back on and showing a yellow status light, try again.
