The recorded video clips will be saved in your smart phone’s gallery app but if you can't see them saved in your gallery app or is getting an error, please try the following steps:
- Check your Furbo app’s permissions on your smartphone. Click here to know how to enable the app's permission.
- Please make sure that there is enough storage on your device for you to save the videos.
- Close the app completely from the background.
- Replug your Furbo Dog Camera.
- Once your Furbo is back on and showing a yellow status light, try again.
