This is the error message if there's a connection issue between your smartphone and the Furbo server. Therefore, we have to make sure that your smartphone has internet access.
Please try the steps below to fix this issue:
- Change your smartphone’s connection from WiFi to mobile data or vice versa. Then, try to re-setup.
- If first step will not work, try to restart your Smartphone. Then, re-setup.
- Close the Furbo app completely, from the background, then unplug your Furbo. Wait 30 seconds, replug your Furboo and try again.
- Uninstall then reinstall the Furbo app.
- Try another smartphone.
