Improve Furbo's Video quality

Furbo live streaming quality depends on your internet connection quality and speed.

We recommend the WiFi upload speed to be at least 2Mbps for all resolution to maintain the best video streaming quality.

You may adjust the quality of the video from SD (Standard), HD (High Definition) to FHD (Full High Definition)

See the guide below to change the video quality:

1. While at your Furbo’s homescreen, tap the “MENU button (☰) on the bottom right.
2. Choose the Furbo Camera you wish to modify.
3. Tap “Video Quality”.
4. Select among the options shown (1080p, 720p, and 360p).

NOTE: 1080p is the best quality your Furbo Dog Camera can provide. We recommend choosing this one if you internet speed is above 2MBps. Otherwise, please choose between 720p and 360p for those who have slower internet speed.
