Remove Furbo from your account

You can remove your Furbo Dog Camera from your existing account/email to set it up using a new one.

Here's how:

1. While on your Furbo’s homescreen, tap the “MENU button (☰) on the bottom right.
   
2. Choose the Furbo Camera you wish to remove.
   
3. Tap “Remove Device” at the lower end of your screen.
   
   

Once removed, your Furbo account will be on setup mode asking you to set up a new Furbo Camera. If you wish to know more about this, go to 'Set up your Furbo.'

To request to have your account information and/or have your personal data deleted, you can write to our team at support@furbo.com or click the button below to contact us.

Please send your account information: name/address/phone number with the subject line: “Request to close the account and delete personal data” to the email provided above.

We will respond via email within  24 - 48 hours  of receiving the email to process your request.
