When trying to live stream, make sure you have a good and stable internet connection both from your smartphone for the Furbo app and your home WiFi where Furbo dog camera is connected.
If you are not able to load the video or getting an error message when trying to live stream, try the following to resolve the issue. If you are not at home, away from your Furbo dog camera:
Step 1: Restart the app by closing or killing the app on your Smartphone's background app or task manager and re-launch it.
- For iPhones with a home button, double-click the home button, select the Furbo app and swipe up.
- For iPhone X, you'll need swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then pause with your finger in the middle of the screen for a second until all of the app cards appear. Select the Furbo app and swipe to the right.
- For Android, depending on the make and model, press the multitasking button and swipe up or down and left or right to close the Furbo app.
Step 2: If you have access both to WiFi and Mobile Data, switch between WiFi and LTE/4G to see if you will be able to establish a connection.
Step 3: Try using another smartphone.
If none of the steps mentioned connected you to your Furbo, we may need to make sure your Furbo dog camera is connected tot he internet at home.
