When trying to live stream video, make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection for both the smartphone running the Furbo app and the home WiFi network to which your Furbo camera is connected.
If you are not able to load the video live stream or you’re getting an error message when trying to live stream, try the following to resolve the issue:
If you are away from your Furbo device:
Step 1: Close the app (see instructions below) on your smartphone. Once the app has been closed, relaunch it.
- For iPhones and iPads with a home button:
Double-click the home button, select the Furbo app and swipe up. - For iPhone X:
You'll need to swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then pause with your finger in the middle of the screen for a second until all of the app cards appear. Select the Furbo app and swipe to the right. - For Android devices:
Depending on the make and model, press the multitasking button and swipe up or down and left or right to close the Furbo app.
Step 2: If you have access to both WiFi and a mobile data connection (LTE/4G) on your smartphone, switch from WiFi to your mobile connection. Try to connect to your Furbo device by using the Furbo app.
Step 3: Try to connect to your Furbo device by using the Furbo app on another smartphone.
