If you can't live stream and your Furbo is showing a yellow light, it means your Furbo device is successfully connected to your home Wi-Fi but may need to be set up again.
Step 1: Restart the app by closing (see instructions below). Once the app has been closed, relaunch it.
- For iPhones and iPads with a home button:
Double-click the home button, select the Furbo app and swipe up.
- For iPhone X:
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then pause with your finger in the middle of the screen for a second until all of the app cards appear. Select the Furbo app and swipe to the right.
- For Android devices:
Depending on the make and model, press the multitasking button and swipe up or down and left or right to close the Furbo app.
Step 2: If you have access to both Wi-Fi and a mobile data connection (LTE/4G) on your smartphone, switch from Wi-Fi to your mobile connection. Try to connect to your Furbo device by using the Furbo app.
Step 3: Try to connect to your Furbo device by using the Furbo app on another smartphone.
Step 4: Unplug Furbo, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.
Step 5: Restart your Wi-Fi router.
Step 6: Log in to your Furbo account via your app and go to 'Account', and then select 'Remove Furbo'.
Step 7: Reset your Furbo.
To reset your Furbo, you'll need to use a pin or a straightened paperclip to manually depress the 'reset' button on the back of your Furbo (see the image below). While Furbo is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 5 to 10 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green.
Step 8: Go through the setup process for this device on your Furbo app.
