If you can't connect to my Furbo to live stream and your Furbo is showing Yellow light, means your Furbo dog camera is connected to your home WiFi.
Step 1: Restart the app by closing or killing the app on your Smartphone's background app or task manager and re-launch it.
- For iPhones with a home button, double-click the home button, select the Furbo app and swipe up.
- For iPhone X, you'll need swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then pause with you finger in the middle of the screen for a second until all of the app cards appear. Select the Furbo app and swipe to the right.
- For Android, depending on the make and model, press the multitasking button and swipe up or down and left or right to close the Furbo app.
Step 2: If you have access both to WiFi and Mobile Data, switch between WiFi and LTE/4G to see if you will be able to establish a connection.
Step 3: Try using another smartphone.
Step 4: Unplug and Replug your Furbo dog camera
Step 5: Restart your WiFi Router
Step 6: While in the Furbo app, go to Account, select Remove Furbo
Step 7: Reset your Furbo. To reset your Furbo, use a pin or a sim ejector and insert it into the back of your Furbo. Make sure the Furbo is plugged in, press and hold for about 5 to 10 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green.
Step 8: Setup your Furbo.
