If you can't connect to my Furbo to live stream and your Furbo is showing Purple light, means your Furbo dog camera has lost connection from your home WiFi.
Step 1: Make sure you have an internet connection at home. Restart your WiFi Router
Step 2: Unplug and Replug your Furbo dog camera
Step 3: Make sure Furbo is near your WiFi router or move it next to the router.
Step 4: While in the Furbo app, go to Account, select Remove Furbo
Step 5: Reset your Furbo. To reset your Furbo, use a pin or a sim ejector and insert it into the back of your Furbo. Make sure the Furbo is plugged in, press and hold for about 5 to 10 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green.
Step 6: Setup your Furbo.
