If you can't connect to your live stream and your Furbo is displaying a purple light, this means your Furbo has disconnected from your home's WiFi.
Step 1: Make sure you have an internet connection at home (you may need to restart your WiFi router).
Step 2: Unplug your Furbo dog camera and plug it back in.
Step 3: Make sure your Furbo is near your WiFi router, or move it right next to the router.
Step 4: While in your Furbo app, go to "Account", and then select "Remove Furbo."
Step 5: Reset your Furbo. To reset your Furbo, use a pin or a paper clip and insert it into the small hole in back of your Furbo. While the Furbo is plugged in, press and hold for about 5 to 10 seconds. You should see the Furbo light come on. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green.
Step 6: Open your app and set up your Furbo again.
