When you first take your new Furbo out of the box, it should first display a white light. The light should then change to purple, and after about one minute, the light should turn green to indicate the Furbo is ready for setup.
If your Furbo is stuck on a white light, please try the following steps:
- Reset your Furbo. To reset your Furbo, use a pin and insert it at the back of your Furbo while it is plugged in. Press and hold for about 5 to 10 seconds. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green.
- If the Furbo did not change color or did not turn green, try using your Furbo with another USB plug/adapter.
If the new USB plug/adapter worked, the one that came with Furbo may not have been supplying enough power to Furbo. Contact customer support for our team to send you a new USB plug/adapter.
