When you have a new Furbo and you just took it out of the box it will normally start up with White Light and will turn to Purple light and after 1 minute should turn to Green Light to be ready for setup.
If your Furbo stuck in White Light, try the following steps:
- Reset your Furbo. To reset your Furbo, use a pin or a sim ejector and insert it at the back of your Furbo. Make sure the Furbo is plugged in, press and hold for about 5 to 10 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green.
- If the Furbo never changed color or did not turn to green light, try to use another USB-port power plug/adapter.
If the new USB-port power plug/adapter worked, the one that came with Furbo may not have been supplying enough power to Furbo. Contact customer support for our team to process to send you a new USB-port power plug/adapter.
If resetting and changing the USB-port power plug/adapter did not work, contact customer support immediately for further assistance.
