If you can't connect to my Furbo to live stream and your Furbo is showing Green light, means it is in setup mode, your Furbo may have been reset and requires setup.
Step 1: Log in to your Furbo account and go to Account, select Remove Furbo
Step 2: Reset your Furbo. To reset your Furbo, use a pin or a sim ejector and insert it into the back of your Furbo. Make sure the Furbo is plugged in, press and hold for about 5 to 10 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green.
Step 3: Setup your Furbo.
