If your Furbo's video is discolored or if Night Vision mode is not working properly, please try the following solutions.
Unplug your Furbo and plug it back in, and then try live streaming. If you are not at home to unplug your Furbo or if the issue persists after unplugging and plugging back in, please try these steps within the app:
- While live streaming, go to your settings in the top right corner of the screen.
- Go to Night Vision.
- Turn off Night Vision.
- Exit the Furbo app and re-open the app.
- If your video now appears normally, you may try turning Night Vision back or on setting it to "Auto".
- If the issue persists and you have not tried unplugging your Furbo, please unplug and plug your Furbo back in.
