If you’ve changed your WiFi network settings, or you’ve moved Furbo to another location and it needs to connect to a new WiFi network, all you have to do is to reconnect to the WiFi network from your Furbo app:
- Plug your Furbo in. You should see a purple light.
- Begin a live stream (ignore the error message saying you can't connect), and then click the gear icon on the top right corner of the screen to see the app settings:
- Go to 'Reset WiFi'.
- Your Furbo app will reinitiate the setup process. During this process, you’ll be asked to connect to a WiFi network. When prompted, input the requested WiFi information, and your Furbo should reconnect to the WiFi network without a problem.
