If you cannot find your Wi-Fi on the Wi-Fi list, it might be because of the following reasons:
1. Your Wi-Fi is hidden
Please make sure your Wi-Fi is not a hidden network. You can check it using another devices such as smartphones, tablet, or laptop/computer.
If you are using a hidden Wi-Fi, please click "Other network" in the "Set up Furbo's Wi-Fi" page and manually input the name and the password.
2. The Wi-Fi signal is too weak
The Wi-Fi list is sorted by the received signal strength. Please make sure that the distance between WiFi router and the Furbo is not too far or there is no physical barrier causing interference, such as concrete walls.
If so, please try to move them closer, then go through the setup process again.
3. You are using a 5GHz Wi-Fi frequency router
Furbo doesn't support 5GHz Wi-Fi frequency routers, it only works with 2.4GHz frequency routers.
Most Wi-Fi APs which provides 5GHz channels will also provides 2.4GHz channels at the same time. It means the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi will exist at the same time with different Wi-Fi name. Please just use the 2.4GHz channel Wi-Fi to set up Furbo.
To know whether your router offers 2.4GHz or 5GHz, please contact customer care and provide the make and model of the router.
If items above did not work, please try to unplug Furbo, plug back in, then try again via the Furbo App.
If you still encounter the same problem, please contact us.
