If you have forgotten your password, proceed to step 4.
- If you are logged in to your Fubro app, open the Menu page
- Go to Account
- Select Logout
- While at your Furbo’s login page, tap the “Already have an account? Sign In”.
- Tap “Forgot Password”
- Enter your registered Furbo email address.
- Tap “Reset Password”. You will receive a password reset email where you can create a new password.
In case you will not receive the password reset email, please try checking your "Spam" folders. In some cases, the spam filtering system on your email could misidentify the automated "Reset Your Password" email as being spam.
If you still don't receive the "Forgot password" email within a few minutes, you may want to try and enter an alternate email to ensure your account is not listed under a different email.
