If you are experiencing a loud echo while live streaming, please try the following steps to fix this:
- Step away from your Furbo Dog Camera if you are in the same room.
- If you need to be close to your Furbo Dog Camera, lower the volume of your smartphone all the way down.
If the issue persists or if you are hearing other unusual mechanical or background sounds, please contact Customer Support with a sample video you recorded using the Furbo app so we can assess the issue.
