You can remove your Furbo Dog Camera from your existing account/email to set it up using a new one.
See the guide below:
- While on your Furbo’s homescreen, tap the “MENU button (☰) on the bottom right.
- Choose the Furbo Camera you wish to remove.
- Tap “Remove Device” at the lower end of your screen.
Once removed, your Furbo account will be on setup mode asking you to set up a new Furbo Camera. If you wish to know more about this, go to 'Set up your Furbo.'

Please send your account information: name/address/phone number with the subject line: “Request to close the account and delete personal data” to the email provided above.
We will respond via email within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the email to process your request.
