If it is your first time plugging your Furbo into a power source, you will see a white status light first. The white light should turn green after about a minute.
If the light still doesn’t turn green after plugging your Furbo back in, do a hard reset on your Furbo. You'll need to use a pin or a straightened paperclip to press the 'reset' button on the back of your Furbo. While Furbo is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 20 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green.
If the status light is stuck to white or purple light after resetting it for about a minute, please try another USB power adapter.
