If you’ve changed your WiFi network settings, or you’ve moved Furbo to another location and it needs to connect to a new WiFi network, all you have to do is to reconnect your Furbo to the WiFi network from your Furbo app:
Plug your Furbo in. You will see a purple status light.
- Begin to live stream (ignore the error message saying you can't connect), and then click the gear icon on the top right corner of the screen to see the app settings:
- Go to 'Reset WiFi'.
- Your Furbo app will reinitiate the setup process. During this process, you’ll be asked to connect to a WiFi network. When prompted, input the requested WiFi information, and your Furbo should reconnect to the WiFi network without a problem.
