A ‘hard reset’ of your Furbo Dog Camera disconnects it from the Wi-Fi network, forgets the Wi-Fi network, and allows you to enter setup mode once again.
If your Furbo Dog Camera was previously set up, after doing a hard reset, you also need to 'remove Furbo' from your account to ensure it can be successfully set up in the future.
Hard Reset your Furbo:
To reset your Furbo, you'll need to use a pin or a straightened paper clip to press the 'reset' button on the back of your Furbo (see the image below). While Furbo is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 20 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green.
Remove Furbo Dog Camera from your account:
Step 1: Log in to your Furbo account via your app and go to 'Account', select 'Unregister Furbo'.
Step 2: Once a Furbo camera has been removed from your account, you will be free to go through a fresh setup process for your device at your leisure.
Tap the button below to disconnect your Furbo Dog Camera from your Furbo account.
