A ‘hard reset’ of your Furbo Dog Camera disconnects it from the Wi-Fi network, forgets the Wi-Fi network, and allows you to enter setup mode once again.
If your Furbo Dog Camera was previously set up, you also need to 'remove Furbo' from your account after doing a hard reset to ensure it can be successfully set up in the future.
Please select the product type that you wish to go through.
Note: You can check the Model number and Serial Number under your Furbo to know your Furbo's product type.

Hard Reset your Furbo:
To reset your Furbo, you'll need to use a pin or a straightened paper clip to press the 'reset' button on the back of your Furbo (see the image below). While Furbo is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 20 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait until Furbo's light turns green.
Furbo 360° Dog Camera (SN:FBTW)
To reset your Furbo 360°, press and hold the reset button for about 5-10 seconds until the light starts blinking yellow.
Furbo Mini
Press and hold the reset button for about 5-10 seconds until the light starts blinking yellow, then, try to set up again.
Remove Furbo Dog Camera from your account:

- Go to your Furbo app’s home screen, tap the “MENU button (☰) on the bottom right.
- Choose the Furbo Camera you wish to remove.
- Tap “Remove Device” at the lower end of your screen.
Once removed, you will be free to go through a fresh setup process for your device.
Tap the button below to disconnect your Furbo Dog Camera from your Furbo account.
