A ‘hard reset’ of your Furbo camera disconnects it from the Wi-Fi network, forgets the Wi-Fi network, and allows you to enter setup mode once again.
After doing this, you also need to remove Furbo from your account to ensure it can be successfully set up in the future.
‘Hard resetting’ your Furbo:
To reset your Furbo, you'll need to use a pin or a straightened paper clip to press the 'reset' button on the back of your Furbo (see the image below). While Furbo is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 20 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green.
Disconnecting a Furbo camera from your Furbo account:
Step 1: Log in to your Furbo account via your app and go to 'Account', select 'Remove Furbo'
Step 2: Once a Furbo camera has been removed from your account, you will be free to go through a fresh setup process for your device at your leisure.
To learn more about setting up your Furbo, go to "Setting up your Furbo".
