What is Furbo Dog Nanny

Furbo Dog Nanny is a premium dog-monitoring service that helps you look after your dog and keep them safe at home.

The service includes Smart Dog Alerts, Cloud Recording, and Doggie Diary. Our service is currently available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France and Germany.

Smart Alerts

Receive alerts when Furbo spots a person, notices that your dog is active, or records a cute selfie of your dog's face.

Emergency Alerts 

Furbo can detect the sound of fire alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, or other alarms going off in your home. Home Emergency Alerts will notify you when any alarms go off in your home. Dog Emergency Alerts are currently in development.

Cloud Recording

Furbo’s smart dog technology detects and records 15-second video clips of important dog-related events, which are saved in your Cloud Recording. Cloud Recording clips are saved in your app for 24 hours and can be downloaded to your phone, or deleted manually from the app.

Doggie Diary

Doggie Diary creates a highlight video from your dog's activities during the day, saving you time from sorting through hours of video recording. Doggie Diary includes clips recorded between 7 am and 7 pm in your time zone and each Doggie Diary is saved in your app for 7 days. The maximum length of each Doggie Diary is 60 seconds. If your Furbo records more than 100 Smart Alerts that day, the Doggie Diary will include the first 100.

Continuous Barking

Furbo will notify you when it detects your dog has been barking continuously for more than 1 minute.

Dog Crying Alert

Furbo will notify you when it detects crying or whining from your dog.

Dog Howling Alert

Furbo will notify you when it detects howling from your dog.

Furbo Connection

Be notified when Furbo is connected or disconnected from WiFi or the power supply.

Camera Schedule On/Off

Schedule when you want your Furbo to be turned on and off automatically. Set your camera schedule based on when you would most frequently be away, so that you reduce Cloud Recordings and Smart Alerts when you’re home.
