If your Furbo's adapter or USB cable is causing a loose connection, please try the following steps to identify which accessory needs to be replaced.
- Try plugging Furbo into another outlet.
- Try another USB cable instead of the original cable, using the original adapter.
- Try another USB adapter instead of the original adapter, using the original cable.
- Try both another USB cable and another adapter instead of the original Furbo USB cable and adapter.
If none of these steps help to identify the issue, or if the USB cord or adapter is damaged, please contact Customer Support for help.
