Furbo Dog Camera (SN:FBCH)
This is the error message if there's a connection issue between the Furbo Dog Camera and your mobile phone.
- Logout of your Furbo app and close the app completely from your phone's background.
- Restart the router (Unplug your router for 30 seconds, then, plug it back in). If possible, the Furbo's placement should be at least 5 feet away from the router.
- Unplug and replug the Furbo after 30 seconds, wait for the light to turn green, then, re-setup. If the light will not turn green, proceed to step 4.
- If the issue persists after step 2 and 3, do a hard reset on your Furbo. You'll need to use a pin or a straightened paper clip to press the 'reset' button on the back of your Furbo (see the image below). While Furbo is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 20 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait until Furbo's light turns green. Try to set up again.
Furbo 360° Dog Camera (SN:FBTW)
This is the error message if there's a connection issue between the Furbo Dog Camera and your mobile phone.
- Logout of your Furbo app and close the app completely from your phone's background.
- Restart the router (Unplug your router for 30 seconds, then, plug it back in). If possible, the Furbo's placement should be at least 5 feet away from the router.
- Unplug and replug the Furbo after 30 seconds, wait for the light to turn blinking yellow, then, re-setup. If the light will not turn green, proceed to step 4.
- If the issue persists after steps 2 and 3, do a hard reset on your Furbo. Press and hold the reset button for about 5-10 seconds until the light starts blinking yellow, then, try to set up again.
Furbo Mini
This is the error message if there's a connection issue between the Furbo Dog Camera and your mobile phone.
- Logout of your Furbo app and close the app completely from your phone's background.
- Restart the router (Unplug your router for 30 seconds, then, plug it back in). If possible, the Furbo's placement should be at least 5 feet away from the router.
- Unplug and replug the Furbo after 30 seconds, wait for the light to turn blinking yellow, then, re-setup. If the light will not turn green, proceed to step 4.
