This is the error message you might receive if your Wi-Fi password was incorrectly entered while connecting your Furbo to your preferred network during setup.
Please select the product type that you wish to go through.
Note: You can check the Model number and Serial Number under your Furbo to know your Furbo's product type.

Furbo Dog Camera (SN:FBCH)
- Make sure you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password. Furbo can only be set up to household Wi-Fi connections that only ask for a password as security. Wi-Fi connections that require a username and password to connect may cause Furbo set up to fail.
- Try to restart your home Wi-Fi router and try again.
- If the issue persists after step 2, do a hard reset on your Furbo. You'll need to use a pin or a straightened paper clip to press the 'reset' button on the back of your Furbo (see the image below). While Furbo is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 20 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green. Try to set up again.
Furbo 360° Dog Camera (SN:FBTW)
- Make sure you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password. Furbo can only be set up to household Wi-Fi connections that only ask for a password as security. Wi-Fi connections that require a username and password to connect may cause Furbo set up to fail.
- Try to restart your home Wi-Fi router (Unplug your router for 30 seconds, then, plug it back in) and try again.
- If the issue persists after steps 2, do a hard reset on your Furbo. Press and hold the reset button for about 5-10 seconds until the light starts blinking yellow, then, try to set up again.
Furbo Mini
- Make sure you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password. Furbo can only be set up to household Wi-Fi connections that only ask for a password as security. Wi-Fi connections that require a username and password to connect may cause Furbo set up to fail.
- Try to restart your home Wi-Fi router (Unplug your router for 30 seconds, then, plug it back in) and try again.
- If the issue persists after steps 2, do a hard reset on your Furbo Mini. Press and hold the reset button under your Furbo for about 5-10 seconds until the light starts blinking yellow, then, try to set up again.
