If you are doing an initial setup with a Furbo from a 3rd party seller (or it was given to you by somebody else) and it's locked in a different email address, you have to contact our Customer Support.
Customer Support will be able to remove the old email address, so you can setup your Furbo with your preferred email address.
Prepare the MAC ID of you Furbo. See below:
If your Furbo's MAC ID doesn't start with "B0C0", you must obtain the original email address connected to your device. If you don't know the original email address, please do the following steps below:
- Perform a hard reset on your Furbo.
- Check the WiFi network list on your phone. It should show the Device ID of your Furbo. The format is "Furbo_(Device ID)".
- Take a screenshot of the WiFi network list that shows the Furbo Device ID.
- Contact Support by clicking the button below.
