This is the error message if there's a connection issue between the Smartphone and Furbo server.
Please try the steps below to fix this issue:
1. Close the Furbo app from the background. Unplug the Furbo and replug after 30 seconds then try again.
2. Change the Smartphone’ connection from WiFi to mobile data or vice versa.
3. Restart the Smartphone the same time, hard reset the Furbo. To reset your Furbo, you'll need to use a pin or a straightened paper clip to press the 'reset' button on the back of your Furbo (see the image below). While Furbo is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 20 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green.
4. Uninstall then reinstall the Furbo app.
5. Try another Smartphone.
