Hard resetting your Furbo lets disconnect your Furbo from the WiFi network, forgets the WiFi network and sets it setup mode once again. To reset your Furbo, use a pin or a sim ejector and insert it into the back of your Furbo. Make sure the Furbo is plugged in, press and hold for about 5 to 10 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green. Learn More
Furbo’s treat-tossing was designed according to the methods of variable reward dog training, so it will dispense different amounts of treats each time. When rewards (treats, kibble, etc) are given out in varying amounts, it’s actually more stimulating for your dog than if they received the same number of treats each time.
