If you are an existing Furbo Nanny Subscriber and purchased the Subscription Required Furbo through Amazon, you will have to make sure that you have the Standard or Premium Furbo Nanny Plan in order to get a subscription on all of your Furbo devices.
For your reference, here's how to activate your Subscription Required Furbo:

Identify Your Furbo Model. Look for the model number printed on the sticker at the bottom of your Furbo to identify which device you’re setting up

Log In to Your Exsisting Furbo Account
- Open the Furbo app
- Tap “New Furbo User” to create an account, or log in to an existing one
- Choose Your Device. Select the Furbo Model that matches the model number of your device.

Follow the Prompts in the App
- The app will guide you through the remaining setup steps
- Once setup is complete, you will need to activate the subscription.
Via Live View Page
- After setting up your Furbo, you will encounter this message upon entering the live view page:
- Click "Upgrade now" to manage your account.
- If you are currently on a Basic plan, you will be required to activate the Standard or Premium Plan to ensure you have Furbo Nanny service on all of your Furbo devices.
- Choose a plan, then, click Next.
- Select billing duration
- Then, checkout.
- Once checked out, logback in to https://furbo.com/account using your Furbo email and password.
- Click Manage Subscription
- Add Cameras to your subscription to add your existing Furbo Camera
- Then, complete the checkout
