Things to take note of:
- This feature is only available for Furbos purchased after AUGUST 2017 onward.
- Make sure that the Furbo's firmware and Furbo app version are up-to-date.
- Make sure that the device you are using is set to the supported regions. You can go to "Countries supported by FDN" to get more information about the supported regions.
- Free trial is only available for stand alone Furbo users.
NEWLY SETUP FURBO
Every new Furbo Camera comes with a 30 day Furbo Nanny free trial each.
Note* You can activate up to 4 Furbos under one account, therefore, you can get up to 120 days of free trial. (30 days for each newly activated Furbo Camera).
In addition to the basic Furbo Camera features, Furbo Nanny offers additional features including Smart Alerts, Video History, and Daily Diary. No need to provide your credit card information for the free trial. You can also cancel the free trial anytime without any fees.
After the trial ends, you will be prompted to subscribe to continue using the Furbo Nanny service.
To activate the free trial:
- Via pop-up message: Once your Furbo is successfully activated, a pop-up message should appear asking you to activate your free trial.
The message will also show how many days of free trial you can activate.
You could choose to activate the trial by tapping "Try 30 days for free" (May change depending on the free trial available on your account) or activate later by tapping "No, thanks". - Via Furbo App home page: Go to your Furbo app's home screen and tap the Furbo Nanny Icon.
- Via Furbo App menu: You can also go to menu, by tapping on the menu button "☰" on the lower right corner of the screen --> Tap "Try 30 days free" under the subscription.
