Upgrade Options
You can:
- Switch from a Monthly Plan to an Annual to 2-years Plan
- Switch from a Single-Camera (Basic) Plan to a Multi-Camera (Standard/Premium) Plan
Plan Adjustments
If you’d like to switch from Annual to Monthly, or from Multi-Camera to Single-Camera, please contact us directly — these changes can’t be made through your account.

To Help Us Process Your Request Quickly
Please include the following details in your message:
- Your Furbo account email address
- The plan change you’d like to make and the reason for the adjustment

A clear photo of the serial number sticker on the bottom of your Furbo (see example below).
- Make sure the image clearly shows the numbers starting with MAC and FB.
